Streets reopened in St. Vital
Winnipeg Police were investigating a suspicious package in St. Vital Wednesday evening. They closed Dunkirk Drive between St. Vital Road and Fermor Avenue -- but they had cleared the scene by 6:30 p.m.

Massive fossil find near Morden
A group of volunteers have found a massive Mosasaur fossil near Morden. It was uncovered this month at the Canadian Fossil Discovery Center dig site between Morden and Miami.
More Manitoba workers covered by WCB
30,000 more employees will soon be covered by WCB in Manitoba. The change will affect about 7,500 employers in 33 different industries.
Two more West Nile cases reported
The province is reporting two more human cases of West Nile virus, bringing the total number of cases this year to six.
